At Uptownie, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 100% hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and schedule a reverse pickup from your original delivery address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging with all invoices and tags included to ensure a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality check at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours.
